# Auckland Region Accounting Conference 2020

The Department of Accounting, Auckland University of Technology (AUT) hosted the 18th Auckland Region Accounting (ARA) Conference at the City Campus on 9 December, 2020.&#x20;

The conference was to provide a forum for academics and postgraduate students to showcase their research as well as to promote research interaction and collaboration.&#x20;

## Call for Papers: [Pacific Accounting Review (Special Issue)](/ara2020/call-for-paper.md)

A special issue of the [Pacific Accounting Review](https://www.emerald.com/insight/publication/issn/0114-0582) with the theme “Accounting in Transition: Influence of Technology, Sustainability and Diversity” will be published next year. Attached is the flyer for Call for Papers. We welcome submission of empirical research articles, viewpoints, reflections and commentary on topics relating to the theme.
